​Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Volunteering for even one shift entitles you to attend all of the events at the conference, including keynote and plenary sessions and concurrent sessions that fall outside of your volunteer time slot.

When signing up to volunteer, you will be asked to choose your availability (morning, afternoon, all day) and volunteer role preference. Training sessions and documents will be available closer to the conference dates. In addition to conference attendance, all volunteers will receive a t-shirt, a boxed meal during your shift, and a conference tote bag.

For UD students interested in volunteering, please note that if you volunteer during a class period, we are not able to officially excuse you from your class, but we will provide a letter you may share with your professors that details the pedagogical benefits of volunteering.
