How do I complete the Senior Check Out for graduation?

For CAS, the Senior Check Out is completed "behind the scenes". The Undergraduate Academic Services Office (109 Mitchell Hall) will complete an official Senior Check Out for each Spring graduate during the Fall semester of their senior year. Students will receive an email with the link to the Web Form Senior Check Out. Students must view the web form and approve the form. Students would reply at that time, if they see a discrepancy.

Students are encouraged to print their Official Senior Check Out for their files. Students in the College of Arts & Sciences do not have to "apply to graduate" (like students in the College of Business).

The May Commencement Program includes graduates who completed degrees the previous Fall and Winter, current spring, and following Summer.
